Ora came back up with a piece of kelp in her hand.She rubbed it against her tail and instantly legs!She started to drown since she hadn't used them in a long time.

Freddy ran to his house which wasn't far away as he lived in a beach house. He grabbed one of his jeans thinking and hoping they would fit her.

Ora got out of the water and sat on the dock since he wasn't there.But she hadn't seen him behind her and just sat there on the dock looking at the ocean.
