Atemu pulled on his clothes and he started walking around the palace -
Papyrus walked into his own room shutting the door he jumped in suprise to see a at on his bed " not funny mother!"

' Shouldn't you be guarding the Pharoah?'' His mother asked him as she leaped of the bed head butting his leg " Yes mother but I left my Khopesh in my room because Atemu prefers not to have the weapon of a seasoned warrior in his room while he sleeps" he sighed " As if I could ever hurt him" he said in a dazed voice.
Bast shook her head and chuckled " You're obsessed with that boy" she smiled
" I'm not obsessed I just love him all do respect but damn you to Anubis mother!"
Bast cackled before she leaped out of the window returning to the godly realm just before she hit the ground. -

Atemu stopped at a balcony that over lookwd the city and he leaned on the railing, smiling softly as the wind blew through his hair -
Papyrus walked to his master. The carving on his arm bound him to the Pharoah he couldn't hurt him and he could always find him, but the minute the man found his soul mate the inscription would burn up as he'd be practically useless in finding his King. He'd also be replaced in the mans bed as he'd have someone else to keep the nightmares away. He'd stay up when he was asleep just gazing at his beautiful face.
Then he'd dream of belonging to the Pharoah. Belonging to Atemu was a dream in it's self even when they got less innocent. -
Atemu heard footsteps and smiled, not even looking to see who it was "hello papyrus

He smiled " Greetings my Pharaoh" he said bowing. " I apologise for my extra tardiness a certain cat decided to visit " he said warmly ' oh my dear son you need flirting lessons if Anubis can flirt better than you' bast said in his head.
' mother respectfully shut up!' He said back and she cackled befoee shutting up. -
Atemu chuckled softly "its alright" he said

He looked aay briefly to blush. Bast he loved the mans smile and he adored his chuckle it made him wnat to knock the Pharaoh out kidnap him tie him up in his secret house out near the temple of bast and hug and do other things wth and to him but he couldn't do that one he could never hurt or do anything to hurt his love two that was ridicouls and three it wasn't legal. Even he wasn't that much above the law.
" So my king what's the itinerary for today?" -
Atemu sighed softly and he looked back over the city "us and some others are going out to investigate some recent murders

He shivered he hated the idea that another human could be so cruel to kill another human.
He nodded " I-I'll go grab my things" he said " He was definitely taking a cat. Where did that thought come from?' He thought
