Donnie blushed as he looked at the vampire . " T-Thank you sir!" He stuttered as he picked up his basket and dusted off his trousers rebuttoning his shirt as the vampire had forced the top three open. He shuddered slightly as he realised what exactly the vampire had intended to do to him. Rape and drain was a spin on the classic dine and wine.

Ryan laughed as he walks out. He had forgotten the steak, he could get it from a neighbor. He shook his head as he remembered something. He left his coffee. "Ugh." He said. "I need to get more coffee." He said kind of blissfully. He didn't understand why he was that happy himself. Instead of questioning, he went back to the coffee shop. They were just about to turn the sign to "We're closed" as he popped his head in. "a quick mocha frappe please." He said giggling. "Back again, I see." The waiter said. "You're lucky, we were about to close." Ryan smiled. "I was born with a lot of luck, wasn't I?" He said. As he received his coffee, he walked to the door. He turned the sign for them and exited to go home.

Donnie was walking back to the orphanage when the group from earlier cornered him , minus the now handless opal . He glared weakly .
" Y'know human we never had our fun." One chuckled as he grabbed Donnie by the waist before he was stabbed in the arm.
He howled in pain " Get him!" He snarled before the big began to sing using his ability ( ) he dodged the now disoriented vampires as they attacked him as he dodged as he stabbed and fought back. He let out a scream as one grabbed him forcing his blade from his hand as he pulled out his bladed fan. He sliced off his arm kicking in his stomach. -
Ryan could hear the faded cries from far away. He stood on a roof top as he watched. He twisted his left hand which held his powers. He chanted a little song; spell. It was a shielding spell. It shielded Donnie from any vampire for 30 minutes. He flew down and watched from the shadows. "Stop." He said to the other vampires. "You can't touch him. Literally." He said laughing. "Ryan." A vampire said. "That's my name." Ryan said making himself barely visible to them. "Just leave. You're making a fool out of yourself." He said yawning. He really just wanted to go to sleep. Ryan sipped his coffee.

Donnie looked at the vampire who saved him . Twice. He put his knife back in his pocket picked up his basket then ran back to the orphanage. He opened the door locking it behind him. " I'm back" he panted.

Ryan rolled his eyes a little. "Tch." He jumped on top of the roof and looked for the direction of his house. "Uh, East." He said while beginning to walk. He was finally home after 20 minutes of walking. He walked inside and sprawled across his bed. He yawned again and closed his eyes.

The kids looked at him smiling . He paled before he was hug tackled.
" Donnie!" They yelled as they climbed all over him.
" Kids kids let him give me the food first" the caretaker Miss. Micheal laughed softly.
Donnie pouted before handing her the basket to be promptly tackled again. -
Ryan laid there for a few minutes before falling asleep. He slept for a few hours before finally waking up. "Its still dark outside." He said to himself. He didn't want to leave the house so he just walked into the livingroom to watch television. Ryan flipped through channels for a few minutes before finally finding a good channel. Anime channel. He watched anime for a bit. He saw where his favorite anime was coming on. It looked like a movie. One hour long. He went to his kitchen to get soda and popcorn. He sat down with everything and watched the movie.

Donnie slept on the floor a thin blanket to keep him war,. He shivered softly. No bed. No pillow . No rest. Donnie groaned as he sat up it was going to be harder to sleep in the harshness of the winter.

Once the movie was over he yawned. He was tired again. Without a doubt he pushed everything onto the floor, he went to sleep. He didn't need a blanket, just the warmth of his jacket. Ryan thought he'd have to pick it up the next morning, which he did. He would just do everything tomorrow and get through that tough night.

Donnie groaned as he woke up at around six in the morning to prepare breakfast for the orphans from the meat he had bought earlier as well as some toast which he made on the stove. -
Ryan woke up and yawned. He looked at the floor and made a little spell to clean it up. Clean everything actually. He blinked and everything was spotless. His house was amazing. It was everyone's dream. Since he was the king he got the best. No, castles were stupid. He didn't sleep in a coffin. Why would he? He opened the blinds, but the light stunned him. After shaking his head through It, he could handle it.

Donnie winced at his aching muscles as he dished out the breakfast fairly and equally. He set up his bag to prepare for " school" , school was really a place for selected humans to go where they would be veiled by vampires as they were taught ways to please their theoretical masters as well as a small education. He sighed . He understood he was pretty and he knew he was a feminine looking boy .

Suddenly the phone rang. "Yo." He said. "Hello! We take it you're the king of vampires. Very powerful. We were wondering if you can come to the high school and do an assembly for the kids." The principal said. "Um? I dont care." Ryan said to the man. He didn't really want to, but hey, what could he lose from it?

Donnie locked the door behind him as he began to walk to the ' school' . The uniform was the worst part. Shorts that showed most of his legs and stuck to his skin a tank top and of course back boots.
