It's MxF
Scientists discovered a disease to have any human form horns. Known as ears that come from the top of their skull. (Like the neko ears)
They have the ability to kill mankind, with 4 invisible hands, or vectors.
C1 is one of the few who had form that way. Her job was to kill ever since she was born. She had escaped the laboratory and ran away to be free. She didn't want to kill anyone, which made her form a different personality. During this change, see couldn't speak. She could only say "nya~". The change develops her to be a nice innocent person, but really a murderer.
As she runs away, she falls into the sea and washes up on a beach.
C2 is a young boy who is heading to college, his sister and father died, and his mother past away when he was born. All he has left is his cat. (You can name it) He moved into a house somewhat near the beach, his favorite place to go. He finds C1 on the beach, conscious.
Shortly, he finds out that she is most wanted. C2 must hide her identity.
Then the feels develop and s---z. -
