Name : Toga Chika ( Toga meaning thorn and Chika meaning scattered flowers)
Age : 25
Apperence : Chika has cyan coloured hair but it leans more so on the green side it's medium length and usaly braided with many flowers decorating it, her eyes : her left eye : it's white is a glowing translucent coupler the iris is a glowing red and the pupil is Crimson the iris shape resembles flower pestles her right eye : it's white is a translucent glowing brown , the iris is glowing green the pupil is black the pupil is a circle with seven lines stretching over her whites and teh iris leaves it's circle and looks like thrones vines. She is about Itachi's height. Her skin is rather pale. Her akatsuki robe gets in the way of her abilites so she wears an altered version.
The top part is a kimono top with the akatsuki robe it's sleeves are long , then there is black net the shorts with teh akatsuki symbol then she has her holsters on her thighs then net leggings and boots.
Jutsu type: Earth , wind and water.
Weight : ehh
Personlity : She is rather nurturing and tends to help anyone in the akatsuki who needs her help. She can quickly turn deadly however and has been likened by Pein to a rose " Her seduvtice beauty draws in her victims and the last thing they see as the lethal thorns inject into their skin is the sirenic flower which cost them their lives.
She has two conflicting art point of views while she agrees with Sasori she also agrees with Deidara .
Akatsuki: Yes she isn't tehcincly a full member and doesn't have a ring.
Friends : Aiko , Pein , Konan , Kakazu ( though hell never admit it ) , kisame , itachi , deidara , Sasori , Hidan .

It was early in the morning in the akatsuki base and for once all of the members were back from whatever .Chika sat admiring the nature from the window inside her room.
( could this be after naruto and somehow everyone of the Akatsuki were reincarnated but not with the jutsu? And now are kind of Like peacekeepers nt take nay kind of jobs?) -

Aiko ran around the base, everyone seeming to need something at once. "AIKO! AIKO! AIKO!" That's all she heard. After finally giving everyone what they wanted she started on dinner. Tonight was Miso.
Sasori sat silently in his room that he shared with his feuding art friend. "Art is a bang, yeah!" Shouted the blonde, causing Sasori to shake his head. Why must Deidara be so ignorant about art? -
The green haired Akatsuki looked around after hearing something in her room. She walked to her closest , just to have paint explode in her face " Dei-chan I'm going to kill you!" The toga screamed angrily.

Aiko heard laughter and looked, spotting an explosive blonde sitting on the couch. She sighed and walked to Chika's room, knocking lightly before walking inside. "Would you like me to get you a wet cloth, mistress?"

" No I'm fine to get one for my self " she said " And Aiko-Chan I've told you before don't call me mistress it's creepy" she said before she walked into the bathroom wiped her face then walked out to the living room" Sasori-Kun do you have any problems with me beating up your partner?" She asked.
