The question states to most people of who wins fire or water? Fire can take the form of anything such as, lava a flame and a simple match. These can destroy it all. water encourages it as well, but not as much when water becomes ice. And even become a gas.
Two separate kingdoms have one of these elements and is very respectful to its element. The kingdoms have a feud when common village folk from each kingdom try to attack the other's land!
Things have gotten so badly out of hand they offer C1 as a bride to the other kingdom's prince C2. C1 hates the idea but is forced to do what is right for their country. C2 believes that he can find a way for her to find a spark between the two. Late one night C1 takes matters into her own hands and escapes from the kingdom. C2 heads off to find her in hopes of her to now like him and to also set things right be between the two kingdoms.
