Caleb's friend, Marcus, accidently said what happened out loud. Not loud enough for the teacher to hear. Everyone In the back chuckled while the geeks upfront scoffed and rolled their eyes. God, they looked like try hard 80's people. It was hard to see.

Kayla sighed and stared at the clock, wishing it to be break time already. Maths was the most boring lesson to her. She was busy thinking about things, when suddenly, the teacher broke her thoughts. "Kayla, what is 12aX2318?" The teacher asked impatiently.
Kayla jolted in her seat. "W-what did you say?"
The teacher sighed and shook her head, "Kayla you really need to focus or you will get bad grades."
Kayla apologised and decided to listen to her teacher for the rest of the lesson, she couldn't bear to get bad grades, or everyone would mock her and she would be put down to bottom set. -
Caleb laughed. "f---ing idiot." Caleb said. His friends started chanted when the teacher told them to be quiet. The teacher left the room due to the principal calling her out for a minute. Caleb rushed to her computer and changed his math grade. "Try to give me bad grades now, b----." Caleb said. He went slowly back to his seat as the teacher walked back in. "What did you do?" She asked. She didn't really trust Caleb. "I was just sharpening my pencil. Loosen up for Christ's sake. Jeez." He said rolling his eyes trying to play it cool without laughing.

Kayla soon realised that a load of time had just passed. She was relieved, in 5 minutes it would be break, and she would finally get away from boring onld maths for the rest of the day.

Caleb looked at the clock. He got his stuff together and started to get up. There was 2 minutes left anyways. He was so happy. In between periods they had a five minute break. He left the room. Although, before he actually left he mocked Kayla and laughed making fun of her.

Wait, actually, Kayla's mum is still alive)))
The bell went signalling break, Kayla jumped up in her seat and hurried towards the classroom door. She needed to avoid people at this time so she could text her mum somewhere private. She ran into the girls loos and locked herself in one of the stalls. Kayla whipped out her phone from her pocket and started texting her mum. -

Caleb walked outside. He tried to walk outside at least; he was stopped by the principal. "f---!" He said. "What'd I do this time?" He said smirking. -
Kayla soon finished texting her mum, and put her phone back in her pocket and hurried out of the bathroom and into the corridoor of the school.

Caleb stopped Kayla. "Whatcha doing hiding from me?" He asked in a joking voice.
