Saffra laid down on the forest floor as she cleaned her fur of dust.
(I'll post more in other posts but I'll start it off with just a sentence) -
Nightshade stretched out from the warriors den and walked to one of the other warriors and greeted them.

Deepclaw observed the sky as sun-high was on its peak.He must choose a warrior to take him to the Moonstone at moon-high.Crossing through rival territory on quest to the moonstone was not to be blocked,as said by the warrior code,but the death of their former leader,killed by the Windclan deputy,could cause a trouble.He padded over to Nightshade,the rocky earth hot against his paws."Nightshade....?"

Saffra stared off. She had cleaned her self and had nothing to do. She wondered if she would be able to eat soon. She was very hungry. Saffra decided to stand up. She stood up, but was too tired and fell back down. Saffra rested her head on her paws and stared up at the sky.

She saw saffra laying on the ground, she walked near her ,"hey saffra what you up to?"she called out . She sat down and looked at the sky

Saffra looked at Nightshade and rose her head up."I am just pondering my hunger" Saffra said as she heard her stomach growl. Saffra looked up at the sky with Nightshade.

"Nightshade?" He repeated,knowing of her hard hearing."Nightshade,would you bring me to the Moonstone to I can share tongues with Starclan tonight?"

Nightshade looked back at deepclaw "yes i would be happy to I'm sorry I didn't hear you the first time "she smiled "saffra you may have to wait for them to come back some warriors just left a while backfor a hunt "

"Great."Happiness gleamed in Deepclaw's eyes."Oh and its fine.I know your hard hearing."Then panic flooded through him.All the warriors were out of camp besides Nightshade.Windclad could take revenge of the attack that was held against them anytime.

Saffra nodded then looked down. Suddenly something caught her attention. A butterfly. She knew the other kits would tease her if they found out she ate a butterfly again. She did not understand why they did not eat them. They were not disgusting, just crunchy. The hunger in her overtook the fear of embarrassment. Saffra jumped up and caught the butterfly and ate it.

Nightshade looks at saffra and laughed "can't get enough of those butterfly huh?" She looked at deepclaw "are you alright you looked worried ?" She saw the kits out playing then started laughing at saffra

Saffra did not like Nightshade laughing. She had been bullied too many times to put up with little "jokes". Saffra had always been taught to respect her elders and she had owned up to that till then. Rage clogged her brain. Saffra reached out and clawed Nightshade's leg. Not a play scratch, it was deep. And there was blood. Saffra stood up and ran off and climbed a tree.
