Many many years ago, there was a little girl born to a widowed mother. The father dying to a war. The little girl was born at exact midnight on the turn of a new year and was the very first to be born of the year, and some say the last of the year before as well. The girls mother died at birth, leaving the child alone in the world with no knowledge of her family and without a name. She was sent to live in the castle as a servant for the royalty when she came of age to work well inside, the servants looking out for her as she grew up. The girl is seen as a sign of hope to many people, but why? She does not know. No one seems to know, the king just says she is and the people believed him, but why did he say?
As the girl grows up and starts working, her first friend is of the kings daughter. The two of whom get along like many, well at times, and against each other at others. Like any normal relationship. The kings daughter is a few years older than the girl, and when she asks her father for a "servant" to help her every day and be by her side, she persuades him into letting her choose one, any one. She chooses the girl, her friend, to be it. So the two seem to grow closer with the decision. The King a bit confused to why his daughter chose the girl with no family left. He did not know his daughter and the girl were friends, and the daughter knew he did not and by choosing the girl it would seem more normal for the two to be seen together now.

So it will/may start the day the kings daughter asks for a "servant" to be by her side at almost all times.

Looks: Luna is rather short for her age, and a bit thin. She has pale skin. Her hair is half black and half white in color(left black, right white) and it reaches halfway down her back, usually loose. Her eyes a a grayish-blue color.
Starting outfit: a pair of black pants, and a white tunic shirt nearly reaching her knees, some black sandal-like shoes.
Personality: loyal, friendly, cheerful at times, caring.
Likes: Nighttime, the moon and stars, her friend, playing, singing.

Nightmare stood next to her father as she looked up at him,her eyes holding a strong glit in them as she puts a medium long toothpick in her mouth."I would like a servant..who will be by my side at almost all times....and I shall treat them with respect and loyalty..." She said in a serious tone as she looked forward"And it would be best if I choose my servant...." -

Luna was in the lower rooms with some of the other servants as they cleaned up around the dungeon area. It was dark down there, and a bit damp as the scent of fresh blood filled the air. Luna was on her knees with a rag, washing up a old blood stain on the ground, her hair falling over her shoulders as she wiped on to clean. Not having much really to do left down there. Her white tunic becoming dirty in old and new blood, and diet by the second. -
The King blinked in surprise as his daughter just spoke in a serious tone before he cleared his throat"Very well my daughter,I shall send my guards to get all the servants here and bring them to the throne room"
Nightmare nodded her head as she folded her arms and sat down in her chair as she closed her eyes and let her hearing increase so she could hear things from a distance. -
Luna sighed lightly as she stood up to her feet and looked to the room she was in, seeing it all clean as she smiled. Her gaze turned down to her shirt and saw it covered in red and brown as she frowned slightly and shook her head. "Atleast the rooms clean..." she said to herself in a soft voice as she stepped out. Footsteps could be heard coming towards them in the distance, so she thought the guard's were coming to lead them back up and see how the place looked at the time.

The King sat down on his throne as he sighed deeply.he then looked over at his daughter and frowned softly"My daughter,Are you alright?"
Nightmare opened her eyes as looked at her father."Yeah...I just need to relax for abit...Not to worry Father..." She said before looked away and closed her eyes again. -
All of the servants looked up as a group of give guard's appeared there, coming in stopping. "Everybody come together! It's time to go." one of them ordered as they held their sword in hand.
Luna nodded her head a bit and walked to the back of the line the servants were put into. She liked being at the back, though she couldn't see what was in front of her except the next person there. She blinked a bit and started once the others went, having to walk a bit fast to keep up woth them all. -
The King nodded in understanding before he turned his attention to the front as he heard footsteps approaching in the distance."They're on their way daughter" He said as he nodded to his daughter.
Nightmare opened her eyes before she nodded and stood up.She then stood next to her father as looked with no emotion and lowered her head to look more menacing. -
Luna followed the group from the rear and went through the doors. "Stop here." one of the guard's ordered them as the other servants came to an abrupt stop and turned to face the king. Luna, however, failed to stop in time and bumped into one of the other servants being knocked back a couple of steps before she turned to look herself. "Why do we stop here?" she asked quietly to herself, curiously.

"Listen here servant for my daughter wishes to choose one of you to be her servant and be with at almost all times....She will look at each one of you to examine you" The King said before he stepped aside to let his daughter choose
Nightmare looked at the first servant as her eyes a ferociously glow in them as she took the toothpick out of her mouth.she then moved on to the next servant.
