Tamashi sat cross legged on the floor, closing his eyes

Denise listened to the rain pattering on the door. Suddenly she remembered that she left something inside. Her pet mouse Cookie."i have to get back to get Cookie!" She exclaimed as she stood up. The wind became stronger and louder."Denise you can't it's too dangerous!" Mrs.Benson said."I have to." Denise said before she marched up the stairs and opened the door.

Tamashi got up and ran in front of her "I'll get your et, where is it" he said, his eyes darkening

"he's upstairs in the room that is the first one on the right on his cage in the dresser." Denise said as the rain came down on her face."are you sure though?" She asked Tamashi

Tamashi nodded and darted outside, running threw the rain Nd in to the house. He came back outa few moments later with the cage and darted back in to the celler

Tamashi's father saw something in the distance about two blocks down.It was a tornado heading their way. Tamashi's father closed the door and locked it then motioned everyone away from the door.

Toshiro set the cage gently on the ground as he started humming

Denise heard the rumbling above them, but it did not seem to be directly above them. After it passed she opened the door and looked up. The tornado had gone right over them

Tamshi's mother looked outside in disbelief. None of the neighborhood was damaged. The Bensons stepped out along with Denise and Tamshi's father.Tamashi and his mother were the only ones still in the cellar. "Its been quite an eventful day hasn't it Tamashi?" She said.

Tamashi and his mother went outside. While the Bensons were saying goodbye to Tamshi's parents, Denise walked over to Tamashi."well goodbye. I'll see you tomorrow at school right?" She asked.
