Hannah gently helped him up, placing his arm around her shoulder and beginning to walk toward her mom's friend who was a doctor.

Bud pukes on the ground.

Bud tries to hold on to hannah

Hannah gasps and helps him up.

Bud tries to hold on to Hannah as Hannah is trying to take Bud to her moms friend
