"I want to return the favor for helping me" Nightmare said.

Nightmare nodded and made a neon blue pokeball appear in her hand.she then looked at her.

" I don't know how to use it yet" she sighed

"Press the button on it to make it bigger and then just throw it at me" Nightmare said"Once it bounces off of me a red beam will consume me and I will be caught"

She noded . " ok how to I take you out press the same button ?

Nightmare nodded"but you have the toss the pokeball up to bring me out"

Ok " she pressed the button and threw it at her and watched the light take her in she waited a few mins and pressed it again and threw it letting her out

Nightmare let out a roar as she lifted her tail.
