  C1 is a mastermind and a vampire he runs the p.I.C agency ( partners in crime ) against the P.U.R.E the real bad guys.
  C2 is his less serious partner and lover he generally takes care of their three kids as well as spy's on the enemy.
  
  The other members each have talents and abilites which benefit them and the agency
  This is their theme song.
