A group of teenagers ( if most of them even qualified in that age range that is ) known as the painted souls , are one of the worlds most dangerous , lethal , backstabbing and trusted group of spies.
Every one of them has a mutation that divides them from all others , the ages here mix , but be aware if you see a black van driving near a Taco Bell or a farm please vacate the premise.

Personality: Jess has A.D.H.D which means when she isn't busy she can talk and talk , she can get away from a subject in a matter of seconds , but she is hotheaded while still being a pacifist , Artistic but doubts her work , Skilled with lying but is incredibly blunt.
Weapon: Scythes , bow staff.
Skills : Manipulation , armed combat , incredible speed and leg strength , her brain can solve puzzles incredibly fast , coming up with solutions , incredible Vison , incredibly observant.
Traits: She tends to say baa after a lot of her sentances~Baa

Mission : grey armour style ( think anbu from naruto but iwth patches of green paint everywhere )
Sleeping : White wooly jumper and White wooly trousers balck socks and hseep slippers balck gloves and a sheep hat
Causal : green Teeshirt and skinny jeans ( that kind of hang of her waist ) , black ankle boots , Nekclaces with the moon and other symbols and steampunk stuff.
Bio: She was raised by her uncle in the agency , Joining the team very early her parents were supposedly killed on a mission but her mother died during child birth nad her father took his own life , she doenst know this.
Likes: Sheep , KFC , Her "siblings " Anime , Elves , Books , music , disney and sheep
Dislikes : live chickens

My chatacter cna create small illusions depending in many factors but becuase she's a stupid ass 12 year old she doesn't tend to use that ability. -
Okay well my character can: Read minds, teleport, control fire/air, and control other people's body.
