He got out of his room and headed towards the royal gardens, he saw a group of soldiers discussing something.
"Tell your commander that My new order is to burn the small old shacks located at the Woods and emprison anyone they find." -
Katrine sat inside the house and something was telling her to run. She put on a blue coat and tore the Dark Forest. She looked back and saw nothing, but that didn't mean someone wasn't there.

He went to his throne and sat on it, from his throne he could see the whole town and a part of the woods.

She ran to the edge of the Dark Forest, after all she couldn't leave the barrier. She made her choice years ago, but she tried to reach the gate to no avail. Things weren't wonderous anymore.

He got up and left the castle and the town, he was heading towards the Woods as he was lost in his own dark and twisted mind.

Katrine didn't know were to go, she was frozen in place at the thought of going back to the Mad Kings castle. She shivered and hid in the darkness of the edge of the forest.

When he found his way back to reality he was already deep down in the forest.

Katrine made sure she didn't make any sudden movements. She was like a hunter, watching her prey.

He put his sword down and sat down on a rock.

Katrine watched the Mad King. Now he seemed like the average person, but she wasn't fooled. She tried not to breathe but a heavy sigh escaped her mouth. She paused, frantically, hoping he didn't hear her.

A smile appeared under his mask, he acted as he didn't hear a thing.

Katrine smiled, it was a relief he didn't notice her. A mess up like that could kill her, or much worse, leave her for dead.

He used the reflection of his sword to see the girl.

Katrine wasn't paying attention, she was focused more on the King himself. What was under that mask?

He slowly moved his hand towards the lock of his mask, he slowly started opening the lock.
