(Raoul
Raul is 25, and the head of the family since October was murdered by Janette. He had a wife, but killed her himself by accident during a sleep walking episode. He is the commander of their large army, and a sharp man who is looking for a wife. Mother was October's first wife, who went missing after Xael turned three months old.
Xael
Xael is 22, the young queen who took over after her father died when it became clear that Raoul was only interested in managing their military forces. She's pretty calm and easy going, though she has trouble communicating- In fact, she can't talk, at all. Same mother as Raoul.
Sender
Sender is 21, and though he and Xael are close in age, they couldn't be more different- He says that it's because they have different mothers. It more so because Sender was raised in one of their summer homes by his nanny. Why? Much like Raoul, he sleep walks, and does things during those episodes that he regrets- Only, more violent, and he remembers them. He refuses to be around people he cares for for fear that he'll hurt them. He's very rude, and hardly ever considers other's feelings. His mother was his father's mistress, who died shortly after giving birth to him.
Cyprian
Cyprian is 16, and the goof of the family. He's the baby of the family, even if he isn't the youngest. Cyprian's mother was October's second wife, who, during her pregnancy had been being poisoned- By who is still unknown- And the drug she was given in each meal didn't harm her, but rather him. Now, he can't live without it, and will die if he stops taking it. However, if it slowly killing him. His mother was executed after the discovery was made, as they thought she had been the one to poison him.
Harlyn
Harlyn is 14, one of the twins. Though she's older by only twenty minutes, she seems to be the most reasonable out of all of them. Unlike her brother who's head is always in a book, Harlyn prefers to spend her time thinking and assisting Xael in her duties.
Zoran
Zoran is fourteen, and always in a book. He can't be seen without one, and he holds no shame in that fact. He's the closest to Cyprian, who likes to have someone around him, even if they're not much for talking. And Zoran isn't, as he's always reading.
The twins mother was October's third wife, who was murdered by Raoul during one of his episodes.)
