"Be-because you were obviously talking to your friend." Avery said softly.

"That doesn't mean anything just because she's my friend" Shade said.

"I'm sorry...." She said before walking inside and slamming the door.

Shade teleported to Xander and picked him up.he then teleported into the house and put him down.

Xander ran away and played.
Avery walked into the bathroom and washed her face. -
Shade teleported to her as he blocked the door.

Avery wiped her face, putting the towel down and getting scared by Shade. She yelped and fell on her bottom.

Shade blinked.

Avery stood up and slapped him softly. "What was that for?" She asked.

Shade shrugged.

"Excuse me?" She said before trying to move Shade from the door.

"First answer my question" Shade said as he looked down at her.

"Why?" She asked. She tried pushing him away.

Shade didn't move.

"Shade, I'm serious!" She said.
