Shade chuckled before going over to Xander and tickling him.

Xander started laughing.
Avery watched them and started doing push ups. -
Shade chuckled before stopping and doing push-ups.

Xander jumped on Shade's back.
Avery did 30 push ups then stopped. -
Shade chuckled as he kept doing push ups.

Avery laid on her back and started sit ups.
Xander laughed. -
Shade picked Xander up off his back as he began to do sit ups.

Avery's body was aching in pain but she needs to train.
Xander smiled and ran off. -
Shade looked at her as he frowned"you can stop if you want"

Avery looked at him, "its fine. I'm fine!" She said.

Shade frowned as he called Xander back.

Xander came running and plopped next to Shade.
Avery struggled and stopped before doing crunches. -
"Xander tell your mother to stop" Shade said softly as he looked at her worried.

Xander nodded. Xander got up and ran to Avery and jumping on her.
Avery jumped and growled before realizing it was Xander. -
Shade got up and frowned at Avery.
