There were boxes everywhere and a large mantel in the living room, with a painting of a man and a woman dancing. "Wait here and I'll get my kit" she said and went in another room.

Vincent nodded and he looked at the painting

She came back with a medical kit "Okay sit down " she said gestureing to the couch. "And yes I know how to do this. I went to Med school. And yeah, I'm young to have graduated med school"

Vincent stared at her for a moment before siting down, careful of his wings

She sat down and examined his wing. "Well this will be a first." She took out a needle and stiching. She looked at him and handed him two pills "Take these or you'll be in a ot of pain. All it does is numb you"

Vincent looked at the pills but didn't take them. Slowly, he said "most medicine doesnt work on me any more....."

"Doesn't hurt to try, right?" she said

Vincent shrugged and swolowed the pills dry

Kyla started stitching him up gently

Vincent watched her, his eyes going from red to gold

Kyla didnt as she was too focused on his wound, and stitching him.

Vincent closed his eyes and dug his claws in to his leg

"Done" she said. She took guaze bandaid and rubbed disinfectint on it and put it over the stitches. "You probably shouldn't fly until the stitches heal"

Vincent opened his eyes as the slowly went back to there normal color "thanks" somewhere in another room, he heard the radio turn on

"No problem" Kyla heard her radio turn on a made a puzzled face "Well that's odd. Excuse me for a moment." she and went to turn it off.
