I thought of this and I don't want to forget it before I have to use it! So I'm just going to post it and if you like it then we can use it!
The year is 1969. C1 is the son of a high political power. And, with the Vietnam war in full swing, C1 has to be the poster boy for support of his father or the man might lose his position and job. But, C1 hates the war, and wants to protest. So, he attends one, but finds himself in a pit of drugs and yelling and grows nervous about even being there.
C2 is the opposite of this. He is a full-blown hippie; goes to protests, concerts, and does more drugs than he can even remember sometimes. When he goes to a protest and sees a skittish boy looking afraid to be there, so C2 steps up to show him the ropes. AKA, shows him how to smoke pot and take acid. But, what he doesn't know is that the boy is the son of a military and political leader, and C2 will be in huge trouble if C1 gets into any mess or if someone recognizes him. C2 convinces C1 to come on a roadtrip with him across the country, to stay out of the way of people looking for C1, and to have some fun at a concert called Woodstock.
