  My question is this: Why didn't the goverenment have a plan for this? They knew what would happen if the virus got out! It's happened before, on a much smaller scale, in Phenoix. 110,000 dead 500,000 injured, in one city. HOW THE F--K DON'T YOU HAVE A PLAN IN CASE IT SPREADS NATIONWIDE!
