He asks Carter had been walking around the sewers when she heard a sound and went above ground and then she met karai -
They were talking before karai led the blind girl back down to the sewers opening she had no clue she lived inside though

Midnight looked up "i think she went above ground..."

Bye karai " she yelled and once she was gone she jumoed through the hatch

Midnight went to carter "Leo wants to talk to you"
