I understand that he isn't human.. But... Biotic wings seems too far fetched for me.
Abiotic wings? How about that.?

Name: Alexander Deadlock AKA The exiled Reaper
Age:18
Looks: silver eyes, long brown hair tied from the back
Wears: Mask armor module Exiled and cloak, a black mask.
Weapon: silver bow, titanium sword, the mask (black knight)
Bio: Dreadlock was created to be an Mutant Hunter like X but during one of his missions he fell in love with his target and let her escape, this let Dreadlock to break his chains and escape Mask, He now Hunts down Mask's man.

(He doesn't need to fly. He could use them in a defensive type way. Like a shield. Or in an offensive way, like knives on his back.))

As hilarious as I find this... I dunno what I was saying. Anyways, chickens don't fly. And chicken wings are delicious. I highly doubt robin wings are any good.))

I just said they don't fly. And eating a robin would be like eating a shark: enethical.
Btw, since you aren't changing the wings in terms of weaponry, how about change them to a raptor's wings, like a hawk, or eagle?)) -

I'm going to keep them as Robin wings but like jason from boulavard of broken dreams ( jinx's other group soap ) he can use the fallen feathers like knives )

Becuase of bananas they're still normal wings but if he plucks any feather or they fall of he can manipulate them and use them like knives )
