The shelter is a place where in human beings are kept imorisoned by the government and rescued by the liberators they live in the shelter

Wears . A tight green top and a brown skirt she never wears shoes

Abilites : can charm people with her voice as well as grow wings and shoot water and poison mist
Bio: experimented on when she was six she learned to survive she had to be deductive she did that until she was rescued by the liberators
