The song ended. A new one came on, and I looked up. We were almost at school, just 10 more minutes should do. -
Shade looked up as another song came on.he then thought about the reaction the students will have when they arrived at the school.

Daylight by Maroon 5 came on. Wow. How ironic. After all, we were walking through the woods in silence, waiting to be tormented. I laughed a little. Alicia looked at me. I looked away, and giggled for no reason.

Shade raised an eyebrow at Skylar.

I looked a Shade, and quickly looked away. I listened to the song, as I thought, "I guess it's not quiet anymore."

Shade continues to listen to his music.

Shade tapped two pencils to the beat of the music.

All of the sudden, my IPod froze. "Damn it." I said. I put it in my pocket, and thought, "Five minutes."

We entered the grounds. Nobody noticed us until we got into the hall. Alicia went to Josh, so it was just me and Shade walking, side by side.
