Well damn it.
Landon was organizing his dorm room on a Saturday morning when the dean of the University he attended said he had an important announcement to make. Landon groaned and began cleaning his room up faster. "I don't have time for this.." He muttered under his breath. A soft meow from under his small bed made him stop and smile. Landon sat down and picked up the small, white ball of fur that was hiding under his bed. Landon had found the kitten a year ago when looking for inspiration at a pet store and had fallen in love with the small kitten. Even though pets were not allowed inside the dorms, Landon had managed to sneak the cat inside and keep it hidden. "I'll be right back, Bells." He had originally named the kitten Bella, but over time it had shorten to Bells. Landon pet the kitten for a minute before grabbing a notebook and pen, heading out to the front lawn for this 'announcement'. -
Mitzkuni was spending his afternoon doodling up plans in his notebook for a mural in the student center when his room mate came in. The night before, they'd all snuck into the englosh school's yard and spray painted the grass, and it had been great fun, but now when Takashi came in he looked very grave. "Honey," he said, "we have to go. The dean found out about last night..." He sighed, beckoning Mitzkuni forward, and the boy swallowed but willingly followed Takashi back to the Dean's office.

Landon pushed past all the other student who were crowed in the narrow hallway talking. It took Landon a few minutes but he finally made it to the front of the building. Pushing the glass doors open, he stopped outside the door. The grass was spray painted. It was clear who had done it. That dumb art school. Muttering under his breath, Landon sat down with his back against the building away from the crowd of people who were waiting for the dean to make his dumb announcement. It would probably just be a waste of Landon's time, most likely a speech on how we need to stop arguing with the art school.Landon opened his notebook and continued writing a novel he had been working on for a few weeks now. -
On their way to the office, Mitzkuni was thinking about what had happened. Maybe it was a little immature to spray 'The Earth Without Art Is Just Eh' across the lawn, but he thought that the addition of male gentitals to the work was very aesthetic! Takashi was quiet the whole walk to the office, and when they got there, he saw that Kyouya and Renge were walking out with sullen looks on their faces. Swallowing, Mitzkuni went into the office with Takashi, and the dean had them sit down.
"Takashi Ranogame and Mitzkuni Haninazuka. What trouble you've made. I have every right to throw you out of this building... But that's no punishment. You'd both be able to afford any other art school you'd like! So, instead... You'll be joining the rest of the school in a collective punishment. Takashi, you will be moving into the english department dorms. Mitzkuni, you will be sharing a room with an english student of your very own." -
When everyone was gathering on the now ruined front yard, the dean stepped onto a small platform and used a small bullhorn other everyone to be quiet. Landon looked up from his notebook, waiting for the dean to speak. "Good day, students. I have gathered all of you today to give you some information about a big change. Since some of you punks can't seem to get along with the art students, we will be combining our schools. Each of you willbe sharing a room with an art student-" The dean couldn't continue. There were shouts coming from the crowd and people protesting. The dean stepped down without a word and went back inside, leaving the crowd stunned.

Takashi didn't say a word, but Mitzkuni crossed his arms. "This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of! I'll have my father call--"
"So that I can tell him you've been expelled? Mr. Haninazuka, you may share your room our you may leave. Mr. Ranogame, Doughnuts gather your things and prepare to move. Mr. Haninazuka, Doughnuts make room for your new room mate. Good day." The dean waved him off, and as both of them stood, Takashi took Huni's arm to make sure he followed. -
(Doughnuts? xD)
Later that day, the dean sent out an email telling the students whether they would be moving or if they would be staying in their old rooms. To Landon's despair, he was moving. The dean had said in the email they would be checking rooms at 10 o'clock to see whether or not the students who were suppost to move had. Landon was packing all of his stuff up when he remembered Bella. "Damn it.." He muttered under his breath, scooping the kitten up. -

Mitzkuni was in the worst mood for the rest of the evening. Takashi stayed as long as he could, only leaving for his new room around nine. They worked together to shove all of Mitzkuni's things to one side of the room, although there was nothing he could do about the fact of having a bunk bed. Not only that, but it was difficult to decide what to do about Mitzkuni's stuffed animal collection. He had the top bunk of the bed, usually, and all of his stuffed animals were up there with him. He didn't want to put them under the bed, so he just threw his blanket over them. It left an awkward lump, but it worked alright. -
Landon decided to put the kitten in the small duffle bag that held all of his belongings for now. He made sure he had everything he needed before he left.Clothing, laptop, notebooks, pencils, kitten. After double checking everything, Landon left his University and went to the art University, searching for the dorm number he was given in the email from the dean. Finally finding the dorm after what felt like forever, Landon knocked on the door, adjusting his duffle bag.

Mitzkuni sat on his bunk on the bed until he heard a knock on the door, when he hopped down and hurried over. He swung it open, eyeing the person standing there up and down. "Alright, hi. So, you're bottom bunk, and your stuff can go wherever mine isn't. Fair?"

Landon narrowed his eyes at the smaller and obviously younger boy. "Fair." Landon pushed past him and sat his duffle bag on the bottom bunk quickly, unzipping it and pulling Bella out. She mewed softly as Landon set her on the pillow, where she curled up into a small ball of fur. Landon took out his laptop and set the bag aside, sitting on the bed, already getting to work.

On his way back to the bed, Mitzkuni heard a little cat noise. His eyebrows furrowed, and then he looked towards the English student's bed. "Is that... A cat? Man, I don't know what the rules in your dorms are, but you can't have pets here." -
(Dun worry about it)
Without looking up from the document on his laptop screen, Landon rolled his eyes. "They aren't allowed in any dorms. Does it look like I care?" Landon was too busy typing a new novel and finding perfect characters to care about some art student who didn't care for animals. -
Mitzkuni shifted oddly from foot to foot, glaring at the kitten on the bed. "But... It'll make a mess. And litter boxes smell, don't they?"

Landon sighed. "Bella does not make a mess. And I have air freshener. You'll live." Landon began typing quickly, a story forming on the screen. This was what Landon enjoyed most, writing and making words come alive.
