Kyle's face turned from happy to upset in a split second. He sat down beside her and hugged her. "I'm sorry... I'm so, so sorry..." His bangs covered his eyes as a tear rolled down his face thinking about both Red's parents and his own.

"Who's he?" He asked, as he sniffed and another tear fell.

Kyle couldn't help but cry harder. "But... Why?" He said, between him sniffing.

Kyle wiped away her tears as he wiped away his own. "I... I just..." He said, tears streaming down his face as he hugged Red tighter. "Why would he say that? And plus... On the brighter side, you gave someone's life meaning..." He said, trying to smile, but he couldn't. His bangs still covered one eye as he wiped away Red's tears.

He hugged Red, a little looser and sighed. "Here... Let's go back to our cabin... We can build all the other stuff tomorrow. Meanwhile, we could go back to our tree and rest. Okay?" He said, placing his head on hers.

He grabbed her and put her on his back. "Piggyback ride! Hold on!" He said, laughing a little. He then looked back at Red and smiled slightly. "Ready?" He asked her.

Kyle smiled, "Okay!" He ran back into the woods and set her down underneath their special tree and hugged her. He looked up at the icicles shimmering now in the moonlight. "Looks even better at night..." He said, smiling.

He smiled at Red and sighed. "You look even better at night..." He said, happily.
