Lightning put her gunblade away and turned to walk away

Joku rushed to her side and glanced at her.
"How was the training?" Joku asked. -
Lightning shruged "same as always" she said in a even tone

Joku pulled out her dagger. "I gotta get used to using this," she said.

Lightning looked straight at her "why?"

"There has been outbreaks lately back at camp. I gotta be prepared," she replied.

Lightning nodded, looking away and starting to walk again

Joku strolled with her, staring at the sun with an expressionless stare.

Lightning closed her eyes

Joku ducked instantly when she saw a squrrel. Perfect for breakfast.

Lightning chuckled when she opened her eyes

The squirrel heard the chuckle and scurried away. Joku sighed and shrugged, sitting up.

Lightning drew her gunblade and fired, blasting its head off

Joku opened her eyes wide at the surprise. She wasn't expecting that.

Lightning walked over to it and picked it up
