Lightning fell silent "i killed him" she said before disipering

Gator got back to the control panel. He said "Hang on everyone, I'm landing this puppy."

Inferno looked down "oh"

Gator took the ship and landed it back in New York.

Lightning hid in the engine room

All the humans got off the ship. The mayor was grateful too the mutants and proclaimed that they would never send any other mutants to a different planet.

Lightning smiled at that and closed her eyes. She started walking away

Gator instructed the mutants to help rebuild the city.

Inferno ran to lightning "where are you going?" He said. Lightning looked ay him "i need to find out who restarred progect omega" she said darkly. Inferno flincjed at her tone

Gator overheard and said "Is it okay if I go with you?"

Lightning looked at him "this is something i must do alone" she said

Gator said "Then what am I supposed to do now?"

Lightning opened her wings "do what you do best. Lead" she shot in to tge sky

Gator shrugged and continued to help build the city.
