"Please don't tell anyone, Jason" Angela said frowning.
"Alright fine whatever" Jason said smiling. -
Atemu barked again 'Jason, can you help me in the med room?'

"Eh? Oh yeah, sure" Jason said as he stood up.

Ann whistled as she walked down the halls of the base, the low tones echoing ahead of her like the screaming on the wind. In her hands was a small brown bag, bulging with its contents. Walking into the main dining area, Ann placed the bag down and cupped her hands against her mouth, "Yo, anyone still here? I bought us breakfast. It's pancakes." Ann said, struggling to keep her eyes open.

Atemu got up and started limping

Jason helped Atemu to the med room.
Angela got hungry and walked to the dining area. She sang a short song as she walked. "Hungry, Hungry, belly growling mouth watering hungry, hungry time to eat hungry, hungry yummy time hungry, hungry what shall I eat?" -
Atemu jumped on to a table and almost fell off again

Resting her head against her arms for a second, Ann closed her eyes. At the first hint of a deep purple developing on the edge of her vision, she snapped back to attention. She needed to stay awake, that was important. Two days was nothing, she'd stayed awake longer before.
Bad, out of tune singing graced her ears, and Ann looked up to see Angela; after taking a second to adjust her vision, of course. Smiling, she pulled a small Styrofoam box. "Angela, come here, I bought everyone breakfast." -
"Yeah, thank you Ann" Angela said happily.
Jason helped Atemu and said "Careful pup" -
Atemu growled'im not a pup'

Helping herself to her own box, Ann flipped the lid open and pulled out a plastic fork. Rummaging through the bag again, she removed a small square of maple syrup, which she lovingly poured over her pancakes. The steam from within was practically making her salivate.
"So Angela, how was your first day in the base? You holding up okay?" -
"Yeah, my first day at the base....well, i thought it was hell to stay here and unable to confront this person that is after me, I think it's unfair I just want peace to the world" Angela said as she closed her eyes. She lifted her box lid open and grabbed the plastic fork. "You should get some sleep it's unhealthy to sleep through nights" Angela said as she took a bite of her pancake.

Atemu sat down and whimpered as he started changin back

"I know how you feel. I've been trying to confront them ever since Jason let slip they exist, and I'm no closer to figuring out who they are." Ann replied, cutting a slice out of her pancake and skewering it with her fork.
"Unhealthy not to sleep through nights, you mean, but I appreciate the gesture." Ann said, taking a bite from her food. The warmth spread through her whole mouth, hounding away the dim cold of the night. The taste wasn't half bad either. "It's fine though. I don't usually sleep. Ever since I became an esper I have these terrible nightmares. Even if I tried to sleep I'd probably wake up an hour later."
Taking another bite and talking with her mouth full, Ann continued, "So have you had any lessons with Atemu yet? What's the guy teaching you?"
