Being the most feared captain of the know seas in the 18th century, C1 is the one who rules the open seas, even the British Navy can't stop C1. The reason why is his own secret, C1 has magic in their side. Any magical creature, from werewolves to even witches and warlocks have joined his crew of misfits. Robbing from the riches of familes, but on one particular raid, he meets C2. C2 is part of a royal family and is tired of being one. C2 wants to explore the world and not be engaged to another pansy royal. When C2's family ship is attacked by the king of the sea and his odd crew, C2 takes it as a chance to change their fate. C1 does the unthinkable and lets C2 join the crew as C1 apprentice, but will it just be that or something more?

Age: one year younger than your character
Other: Youngest child of the King. As she really is only important to her father for foreign diplomacy[aka marrying her off to stop fueds] she resents her family and is generally as far away from the rest as possible, which is luckily easier to do on a ship. -

Name: Edward Blackwell aka the Black Hearted Pirate
Age: 24
Other: the captain of the wonderful pirate ship called Spirited Away(cheezy I know) and the leader of creature crew. Has always hated royalty and how they spent their money on pointless things.

Looks: tan skin, long black hair in a loose pony tail at the end of his hair, dressed in pirate attire. -

Edward Blackwell, the Black Hearted Pirate King of the Seven Seas, glanced around his deck watching the men and women of his crew work diligently for an upcoming raid of a ship, but not just any ship, the King's own personal ship, filled with unkown treasures of the royal family was going to be in his seas soon. He smirked a bit, adjusting his hat and waiting for the ship to be spotted. -
Veriti stood at the railing, watching the ocean quietly. A guard stood close by, watching her while trying to look as if he wasn't. She was tempted to lean over the edge just to upset him, but decided he might make her go back inside if she did.

He perked up a bit hearing one of his men yelling about spotting the boat. He smirked and started to walk past most of them to see the boat, it was almost as large as his own ship, but it didn't matter. He glanced at a few of his men with rope that had hooks at the end of the were ready to aboard the boat, he held his hand up, waiting for the right moment to where the mist two of the witches on his ship created to surround the king's own boat.

The guard quickly spoke up as their mist began to rise.
"Princess, your father's orders-" he started, glancing over to where the princess had been.
But she was no longer there. She'd already snuck off, and was on the other side of the ship, staring at the misty word in awe. -
He soon spotted the right moment and dropped his hand down quickly. "Now!" His men howled with excitement and twirled the rope around quickly and launched them off. The hooks attached onto the other ship in a flash as the men held onto the rope, not even bothered by the added on weight. "Grab your weapons and prepare to board!" He pulled his cutlass out of its sheath as his men placed boards down to be able to get onto the other ship. He grinned as he walked across the board and onto the other ship's deck.

Veriti heard the sudden commotion, but was too far away at the moment to see anything. She was curious, but knew it was best if she went down below with her family. She started that way, trying to be stealthy, almost falling twice as two soldiers pushed past, nit seeing her.

Edward watched as his men started fighting the guards and soldiers that were aboard the deck, causing him to chuckle. His men wouldn't be taken down so easily. He finally heard a howl and finally started to walk to the front of the ship near the center mast. He leaned against it lazily and watched as three witches started to drag the royal family up from the bowels of the ship. He grinned lightly when he saw someone else coming from the shadows. The youngest daughter was coming out of the dark. "Well it's good to see the whole family together hm?"

Veriti glanced around, wide eyed.
Her older sister shot her a glance. The glance was something along the lines of anger. Veriti watched her, confused. Was she really mad she hadn't been down there with the family at a time like this.
Her brother glared at Edward, eyes fierce. "Who do you think you are?"
Veriti started backing up. Maybe she could slip away..
