As you are waking up one morning, it occurs to you that the air surrounding your sleeping space is different. Something is different, although you're quite unsure about what it is that's off.
When you sit up and look around, you spy a piece of paper lying on the floor. Could it be that the paper is what's different? It must be, because it wasn't there originally. With an uncertain look in your eyes, you slip away from your comfortable perch and walk over to it. Who could have left it here?
Without another minute to waste, you pick it up and read its contents.
I see you're awake, or at least, someone picked this up. Either way, I appreciate that you didn't throw this away. (Unless you're planning on it. How very rude.)
As you know, you're currently residing in my Mother's territory, the Coldyein Realm. And, if you're as smart as I've thought you to be, you'll notice that there is an unsettling amount of magical chaos going on. My Mother, Queen Wendy Dark Lithe Mitho Carlotta (yes, a mouthful, isn't it?) has been.. Off of her duties as of late. She hasn't realized what's going on in her kingdom. But I, Prince Ree'arain King Carlotta, have noticed. I've noticed how kids have turned up missing, how the towns have less and less people out in the mornings. People are starting to go dark. It's not humane, my friend. It's the doing of mages- wizards and witches. And it's not just a few. It's an army of them. They're hiding throughout the kingdom, preparing to rise up and do something. As for what, I'm not sure. But I do know that I believe that something should be done.
Of course, you're probably wondering where you come in. You're probably thinking that since I'm the prince, I have an army of my own. I don't. Not a smart one, anyways. And I fear that they will not be near strong enough for this task. Can you aide me in the fight to protect the kingdom? If you believe that you'd like to, meet me in front of the castle in two days from now. I will have more information for you there.

Species Name: Human with enhanced abilities
Species Description: --
Age: 22
Magical Abilities: Dairi is able to teleport from place to place with ease. He can also summon weapons from thin air, as well as produce objects that weren't originally there to begin with. While teleporting doesn't necessarily drain him, summoning weapons and objects can make him tired and leave him defenseless. He is highly experienced with both magical abilities.
Anything Else: Dairi is the family butler and knight, well accustomed to using good old fashioned swords. While he hasn't prepared himself to help his prince, he tries to aid whoever he can. He isn't the smartest person, though, and he might do things a bit differently. In other words, he's a total derp.

Species Name: Lition (Lit-e-on)
Species Description: Litions are unfriendly creatures that are part human, ram, snake, bird, and goat. Their appearances can range from being only part human and ram to having the full-on appearance. They wield fire and have many other magical abilities that go along with what parts of a Lition they have (ram, snake, ect.) and cannot be contained easily unless the person themselves can control themselves. Ree'arain has the whole package deal when he transforms from his human self to his Lition self. He appears looking like this. A weakness that can vitally harm a Lition is metal. Metal, especially silver, can leave them poisoned and half dead. They fight well when in the air or in an open space away from water.
Age: 17
Magical Abilities: Reea, aside from being able to shift into a Lition, can heal people. He can bring people back from the dead as well as heal deadly wounds that could potentially kill someone. However, he cannot bring someone back from the dead more than twice, and healing makes it impossible for him to have enough energy to transform into a Lition.
Anything Else: He is the Queen's adopted son.

Species Name: Card Demon
Species Description: Card Demons are special demons that tend to be bred within a royal family. They are ranked from the series symbols that you can find in a deck of cards, the highest and strongest being an Ace of Hearts, the lowest and weakest being a Diamond. Each time their demon side is activated, their special designated sign will appear above their heads for a split second before they turn into a demon. Each Card Demon has a random trait. It can be anything from cat ears and a cat tail to claws and horns. On another note, Card Demons smell like roses with a hint of salt 24/7. They are also very hard to kill. Unless the person themselves has a weakness, the only way to kill them is by using Yein, a rare metal found only in the Coldyein Realm.
Age: 35
Magical Abilities: Dark has the ability to age jump (she can go from being an adult to being a small child) as well as many other things. If she does something huge, she could pass out right then and there without any questions asked. It's common for her to act like she's drunk after she's used her magic.
Anything Else: She has over 30 children, each either adopted or with several different fathers. Despite her seeming to be young, she's able to age jump, and so she enjoys seeming to be younger than what she really is. Note that she's not going to be used much because she's busy hiding in her room most of the time. -
