Ok...
Deep under-neath the surface of the ocean is an emergency research base funded and founded by the U.S.A.. As a devastating Nuclear war approached their borders and trade circulation ceased, money had begun to matter less and less. So as a last-ditch effort, they poured nearly all their remaining cash on a still-experimental network of under-water bases.
Once the nukes went down, every person rich and/or smart enough to thrive was sent down in-to the deep abyss, and began to work viciously for new materials and processes that could allow them to re-build the U.S. as the dominant, and likely only, country left.
In it are only 10's of thousands of people, and due to the fact most of humanity has died off, they have returned to their own brutish ways, save for the higher-ups. And certain bans have made two teenager's lives harder.
These teenagers have lived in this base for 2 years, since the above was destroyed. Even though they had not yet prepared to contribute to society the way they could've, they were sent down for unknown reasons. But after years of testing and 'enhancements', they now know why.
They haven't felt love in 2 years, or even real 'love' in all their lives. Both of them were adopted, both of they're parents staying behind, likely dead. At times they cry, at times they plead, but it's all in vain.
Until they meet each other. Despite the ban on homo-sexuality due to the anti-reproduction aspect, they've started to grow unto each other and love each other... In the romantic way. They're the only ones they have, yet if any others find out, they'd be in deep trouble. What will happen when they meet each other? Maybe nothing... Maybe every-thing.

XD Thanks. I'm pretty sure you could. I just really like forbidden love. Adds heated romance with heated adventure and some action, and maybe even a bit of suspense.
So, should I sketch up a character sheet or should you? Or free-form? (Be warned I come up with the longest of character sheets.) -
