For their summer vacation,12-year-old twins Dipper and Mabel are dropped off from their home in Piedmont,Califoria to the fictitious town of Gravity Falls,Oregon to live there with their Great Uncle Stan(often shortend to Grunkle Stan).Things are not what they seem in this small town,and with the help of a journal Dipper finds in the forest they realize that their everyday lifestyle has changed.Dipper and Mabel always have a intriguing day to look forward to.
Rules
1.Proper grammer is needed.
2.Dipper is Intelligent;Mabel is crazy.
3.Dipper has to carry the journal around;Mabel will get the pig,Waddles,later in the roleplay.
4.If you are Bill Cipher,you MUST choose to be human/triangle thing.
5.Bill Cipher is oldest of the group.
6.Once the soap has started,no one else can join.
7.Please,please don't spam.
8.Only Bill Cipher can have powers.
9.If somebody leaves,we will finish up the posts to that bit (of 2-3 people),then we will not post until that person is back.
10.Be wise,once we are into the soap,you cannot drop out because you would probably be to important. -

Considering Bill is an omnipotent deity who inhabits the dreamscape and needs a host to interact with the physical world, I'm not sure how you'd fit him into the roleplay.
That said, sign me up as Dipper. I love playing the straight man. -

Dipper took a few steps backwards, pausing for a moment to ensure that his entire body was getting caught on tape. Happy with the result, he lifted a cardboard sign into the air and started talking, "Welcome to Dipper's guide to the unexplained, anomaly number 49: The molehill."
Dipper pointed at a huge molehill, easily several times larger than a regular person. "Joining me is my sister Mabel and Wendy, a friend from the mystery shack. Why don't you two introduce yourselves to the camera?"
