So, my idea is a recycled one, that never really got put to good use. It's in a setting where there are hybrids (nekos, humans with animal ears, tails, etc.,) but certain types of them are illegal. My character (MC) is an illegal fox hybrid, being kept by an abusive owner. Your character (YC) is either a neighbor, hybrid control officer, hybrid pound owner, or anyone else creative that you can think of.
