"You should probably bandage that with something other than your shirt," he noted, and walked inside, leaving the door open.
-
She sighed lightly and walked into the cabin slowly. Glancing around the cabin a bit worried if it was a trap or not. She glanced at her arm and frowned. "I'm fine, I've had worse happen."
-
"You should stop the bleeding." He walked over to the fireplace and started a fire.
-
She rolled her eyes. "I know that idiot that's why I wrapped the sleeve around my arm tightly. I'm not dumb." She untied it and pulled up her sleeve, seeing that it stopped bleeding a bit, like not really running and dripping onto the floor. She sighed and pulled out a small medical kit from her bag on her hip. She looked around in it, mumbling lightly.
-
He glanced back at her, then walked into the kitchen to grab a pot.
-
She got most of the dried blood off and started to wrap a roll of bandages slowly around her arm, watching his every move, a bit unsure of what he was doing. She kept mumbling about how everything didn't go as planned.
-
He wandered outside to fill it with water, and came back a few minutes later.
-
She kept watching him and soon felt like she was going to fall asleep. She stood up and walked over to him. "What are you doing?" She frowned lightly, but a hint of curiosity on her face.
-
"I was going to make tea. Want some?" he asked, putting the pot of water over the fire to boil.
-
She nodded lightly and glanced at you arm, trying to figure out what she could do now. "Yeah..."
-
He lifted the lid and took out the little strainer, then poured in some leaves from the tiny box he'd brought out of the kitchen. Clarence replaced the strainer and lid and settled on the ground by the fire. He patted the spot next to him.
-
She blinked lightly and hesitated. "You're wanting me to sit by you, when just almost an hour ago I tried to kidnap you and failed." She frowned lightly, unsure if she really should sit down or not.
-
"Well, you failed. Besides, I want to know why you tried. Who's your boss? What does he-- or she, I guess, want me for?" He scooted around and faced her, the light of the fire behind him casting his face into shadow and illuminating the tips of his dark curls.
-
She blushed a bit and sat down next to him. "That's none if your buisness and it's a she. You were suppose to find out when we got there, but sadly we didn't even get close." She glanced at the fire.
-
"It is my business. You can't just try to kidnap someone and say 'nevermind' once you fail." The pot started to whistle, so he turned around and took it off of the fire, pouring two cups of tea.
