"Oh, are you? Well.. You're not going to find it in a dump like this." He shoved the knife into Bone's hands, walking over to her. He held a hand out. "Come with us."
-
She stared at his hand, suspicious. But she was hungry, and he seemed to know where food was. She took his hand, and put the other on the edge of the dumpster, attempting to pull herself out.
-
Scourge pulled her into his chest, a grin on his face. "I'm glad you didn't disobey me. You would have been in deep trouble." He released her and turned away as Bone went behind her.
-
Gwen blinked as he easily pulled her out. He was stronger than he looked. She glanced from him to his companion, obviously nervous.
-
Scourge walked forward, his hand waving off to the side. "Don't be scared of Bone, he's a big softie compared to most of my men." Bone had a hand out, ready to catch Gwen if she fell. Her injured leg was bothering him. "I've got my own warehouse that's been abandoned, everyone hangs around there. I'm sure you'll have a fun time."
-
Gwen took a step forward to follow, and kept her balance quite well. Her limp was obvious, though.
"Warehouse?" -
"Yeah. Warehouse." Scourge shrugged, yawning. "It's full of some canned food and items that I give out on occasions. Some idiot must have ditched it and left all of the expensive stuff in there."
-
Gwen straightened at the mention of food. If she had had a tail it would of been wagging, even though she was a cat.
-
Since his back was to her, he didn't notice the change. Bone did, but he didn't say a word. The two walked in silence until a huge black warehouse came into view.
-
Gwen looked at it in apprehension. It looked dark and dangerous in her opinion. Of course, she didn't say anything.
-
Scourge's pace sped up once he was able to see the alleyway that lead to the back entrance. Bone kept to his own pace.
(I'm going to take a bath and mess around with my nails, I'll be back in 20-50 minutes, maybe past an hour) -
(Okay)
Gwen didn't bother trying to speed up to catch up. If anything, she slowed down, unable to keep up. Her leg was beginning to bother her. -
Bone didn't push her to move faster. Even though he usually cold, and the group hated disabled strays, Scourge had claimed her. They would have no choice but to be nice to her.
-
Gwen soon went back to normal speed, however, intent on not letting her leg stop her.
-
At some point before Gwen and Bone could make it through the door, Scourge stuck his head out, glaring at them.
