"Neither do I." Bentley then got an idea. "Would you like to stay in my suite, only until your parents are here, so that you can avoid them?" He tilted his head a bit.
-
"I... sure, I guess." She smiled a bit. "Thanks... Bentley, isn't it?"
-
He nodded, going over to his suite's door and opening it up for her. He managed to named the President's Suite. It was quite large for a hotel room. His manager glanced over as Bentley stepped in, holding the door open for Agatha.
-
She stepped inside and looked around. It was huge for a hotel room. She waved at his manager, smiling a little.
-
His manager had to do a double take. "WELL, I'll be." He popped up, waving nervously. Bentley then shut the door. "There wasn't any paparazzi, right? We don't need rumors." Bentley scoffed, "No cameras, man. Calm it." He then grinned.
-
"Thanks again," she muttered to Bentley. She walked over and took a seat on the couch. "My name is Agatha, by the way."
-
"Nice to meet you, Agatha. Would you like anything? A drink, a snack, the television remote?" His manager took out his Blackberry, typing down a few notes.
-
She shrugged. "I'm okay, I think. Actually, I'd like to use your bathroom, if you don't mind."
-
Bentley nodded. "Of course. It's the door with the mirror on the outside of it." He gestured to the area the bathroom would be in. He glanced over at his manager.
-
She stood up and walked over, shutting the bathroom door behind her. She stared at herself in the mirror over the sink for a moment before actually using the bathroom.
-
Bentley and the manager got into a conversation about a recent news story about the guitar picks.
-
Once she'd finished up, she fixed her hair a bit in the mirror. She didn't really care whether he thought she was cute or not, but she wanted to look like a decent human being, regardless.
-
"How could they see it as violent?" Bentley seemed genuinely hurt. "All I wanted to do was make some girls days. Yet they act like I took an AK47 and shot out into the crowd. I swear, no matter what I do, Mark." Mark nodded sadly. "I'm sorry, kid, it is just how the business works."
-
She opened the door and turned off the bathroom light, then returned to the couch. "So..."
-
Bentley sighed. "See, I am only thankful there was one level-headed girl out there," he explained, looking towards Agatha. "Thank you, again." Mark went back to his Blackberry typing.
