Two close in a high school discover that they have powers, like serious super powers. Well, little do they know, there is a government side agency experimenters pinpointing their locations in hopes of taking them and discovering things about the powers. Either the girl or boy is kidnapped and the other must save them, realizing their true feelings as they do. Along the way, they'll meet others with powers, as well. The only way the two friends can communicate is through a letter system from trained carrier pigeons that the victim of the kidnapping discovered in the room they were in. When the person is rescued, no matter how long that may take, the now even closer friends work with those that they have met to take down the agency.
