Benton twitched and took off through where he came. He bolted through the woods, heading to the spot he was supposed to go upon completing the mission. He was told to go to a small coffee shop east of Filirre Road and north of Jackson Street. It took him some searching, but he found it. He pulled off his mask, stuffing it in his pocket as he waited.
-
James drove calmly out of the street, watching as several police men drove past him with their sirens. An amused smile played on his lips. They were too late. He wondered what the police would say when they had to touch the dead man's body. "I bet they'll hate it as much as Benton and I did.." He murmured aloud. He had to go to the meeting place, which was at a Starbucks. Eww. He didn't like coffee as much as he did sweet things.
-
He sat down outside the shop. He had been strictly ordered to stay outside, to not dare try going inside. He ran his hands through his hair a few times, tapping his foot. He was not one who liked to wait.
-
The twenty year old calmly pulled out his phone, checking the screen. He was to meet up with someone he'd never seen before outside of the shop. He thought that would be interesting, seeing as his boss never tried to hook him up with other people.
-
(Okay, so are they at the same shop waiting for the same guy?)
Benton was holding the mask, examining all of the features. He found it intriguing, tucked it away in his hoodie for fear of someone asking about it. He rubbed his eyes. "Come. On." He said to no one in particular. -
(Yus. And that's when they'll be told that James has to live with Benton because idk let's just wing this yo)
James set his phone aside, his eyes scanning the road for the Starbucks. He couldn't see it.. Maybe it didn't exist? Unfortunately, that was a lie. He found it after driving for a while. He parked, scrambling into the back of the car to change into normal clothes. -
(Oh alrighty, xD goodies)
Benton stood when he felt nauseous. Lately, he had been starting to feel that after completing a job. He felt that it was some sign of guilt, and then he would mentally slap himself because, as an assassin, he should not feel guilt. That would only bring him down and make his job more difficult. -
When he had finished changing, the brunette exited the car, his eyes glittering. It took him a second to spot the other assassin from before. "Oh, you've got to be kidding me.. BENTON~!" He strode over to the other man, plopping onto the table with a grin on his face.
-
Benton internally screamed. But he just smiled and greeted the other very kindly. "Now I am guessing we were sent by the same person." He looked off, attempting to notice anyone who might be the one that they were meeting with. He slid his hands into his pocket, blinking boredly.
-
"Yes, we must have been, otherwise you wouldn't be here." He started to kick his feet, his hair tickling his face. "I bet it'll be a female agent. Perhaps.. Blonde hair, brown eyes. Caucasian. If I wanted someone to go undercover, that's who I'd send."
-
(Okay, I ask too many questions. Who is playing that other agent? xP)
He nodded lightly, holding his stomach with his hidden hands. "Seems like it would be a very good choice." He returned his gaze to James. "You look very different without your mask." Benton, you dumb s---. -
(Shall Dark do dis sheit?)
"Oh, do I? I suppose it's because you weren't able to see it very clearly." He leaned in close to Benton's face, grinning. "I bet this is far more annoying than my voice, is it not?" -
(If that's what you want, go for it. xD)
He stared at the man. Mocking him, he repeated him a high-pitched voice. He proceeded to cross his arms in a hostile manner. "Now, would you please be kind enough to back the f--- away?" -
(Dude, I need to pee and the bathroom is like one seat away but I'm scared to pee ;A;)
"Awwwww, Benny, you don't have to be so mean to me. Don't you like my face?" James leaned in closer, sticking his tongue out. When he opened his mouth to say something, a blonde female that looked exactly like what James described walked up to them. A smile plastered on her face, she said, "James, get the f--- down from there and act like your age. You're an adult, not a child." James pouted, getting off the table. "Who said 20 year olds couldn't play?" -
(Why you scared to peepee, Darketh? D;)
He mumbled, "Don't call me Benny." He then gave his full attention to the woman. He did not exactly process the words the two said until he thought for a short while. Twenty years old? You're kidding me. He shook his head, appalled. This is why people, ugh.
