She soon started walking again, but alot faster. She soon started sprinting when she heard something running after her. It had two legs she noticed that, but she soon tripped on something. She saw a hand around her ankle and she tried to pull free as something came up through the concrete.

Stark took off sprinting out the front door and down the steps quicker then a normal human would ever be able to run. He sprinted down the street looking for the blonde head that needed him.

She tried to scream when the creature finally came out of the ground. It looked like a monster she read about. it was a zombie looking being that looked fully alive. She tried to scramble away but it had a tight grip on her and her mouth. a muffled scream came from her mouth as she felt her wrist start to burn.

Stark arrived just then and growled. He hated those creatures, they were nothing but monsters and hung out in packs. Just as he thought about this three more popped up and he started to fight these three.

Alexis struggled and kicked the one that held her repeatedly. The beast dint let go and bit down into her shoulder, she screamed loudly but soon her vison started to fade.

Once those three were taking care of he turned and literally cut the creature in half. He was pissed that it dared to bite her. He had his own bite wounds but his body was used to the poison that came along with the nasty teeth. "Come on." He said softly while he scooped her up into his arms. He looked at the bites and griminced. Those mite leave a scar. He turned and used the portal to get to his house where he gently laid her down on the bathroom floor. "Stay still.." He pushed her shirt up slightly to get to the bite on her hip and started to quickly clean it.

She winced and started crying. She never cried around someone and she now was crying in front of this stranger. Everything hurt and it felt like everything was being ripped apart.

"Hey hey.. It's okay I promise." He sound gentle, like he was talking to a hurt animal. He finished her hip and moved to the nasty claw mark on her ankle. Once he wrapped it up he inspected her shoulder. "There's a tooth.. This will hurt really bad so hold onto my hand." He took her hand in his and notice how small and pale it was in his large and well callused one. Sighing softly he pinched her skin and yanked out a black ridged tooth that looked like a sharks.

She screamed and cried more, gripping his hand tightly when he took the tooth out. She saw the tooth and almost fainted, but she stayed awake. She finally got the nerve to speak. "W-what were those things...?"

"Martex's." He shook his head as he wrapped her shoulder up. "Kinda like zombies but in shadow form with a poisonous bite." He pulled her up and into his arms once more carrying her to his room where he laid her down on his bed. "Stay." He disappeared and came back a moment later with one of his grey shirts and a cup of steaming tea. He didn't tell her that the tea had a mix of his blood in it that would heal her.

She blinked. "Why...did it try to kill me? monsters arent real!" She saw the tea and looked at him curiously. "What is in that? I mean...its a cup of tea but..." She hugged herslef and winced. Everything hurt like crazy.

"It has herbs and honey in it." He said quietly and watched her. "It'll take away the pain." He sighed and set it down next to her and looked out the window. "Monsters are very real and I'll explain everything in the morning okay?" He rubbed his face and looked at his own bites. They weren't healing due to the fact that they still had poison in them and he was feeling it now.

She nodded lightly and took the tea cup, drinking it slowly. it had a terrible metallic taste in her mouth, but she drank the rest of it. "In the morning? But I want to..." she saw his wounds and reached out carefully, placing her fingers under a wound. "I dont have another room for you to sleep in and...mt couch is too small for you..."

He winced but didn't move. Her hand felt warm and soft against his cold hard skin. "Actually, you're in my apartment and it's fine. Just go to sleep." He did put herbs in it and knew she would fall asleep soon and dreamlessley.

She blinked slowly and yawned lightly."Oh...I didnt notice....I'll have...to be back there by morning....Damen is probably going...to look for me." Her eyes fluttered more and soon she felt sleep trying to take over. "But..I don't want to sleep..." she soon fell asleep soon after she muttered those words.
