Kurow obliviously followed and left the town with them.
Chibi, on the other hand, began growling low in his throat, sensing the bad energy. -
Link had second thoughts of leaving, but then told a nearby guard to increase security and be careful of anything suspicious. He did just that. Link looked outward to Hyrule field, feeling a bit uneasy. But he walked up to Epona and gently pet her nose. She whinnied in reaction, but it didn't sound like she was excited. Link helped Midna up onto her and climbed up himself. She wrapped her arms around his waist, holding on to him. They took off.
In the Twilight Realm, two evil beings were having a conversation. "So, the hero is coming to us, just as planned." A shadowy figure said. It looked to be a silhouette of Ganondorf. "Seems that Twilit Princess convinced him to." Zant said, before setting the magic mirror in his hand down. "Should be all the easier to turn him..." -
(I have to go.)
-
[Aww bye.]
Chibi followed, easily keeping speed with the horse to run beside them. His form flickered between an innocent pup and a mighty wolf, before settling on his normal pup appearance.
Kurow clung tightly to the sun god's mane. -
(I'm back, you on?)
Link lightly tapped Epona's sides to make her move faster, and looked straight ahead while lost in space. Riding Epona always seemed to calm him down. Midna still held on to him, lost in thought. What am I doing? I can't do this, especially to him.. Midna began to worry for Link and his friends' safety. -
[Hai~!]
The wolf sped up as well. Flowers grew wherever his front paws touched down, then faded where his back ones landed.
Kurow frowned. He had to eventually figure out a way to get them home. Nippon was still in danger of being over run by demons, and they needed their sun god. -
(Hey.)
After a bit more of travelling, they ended up at the bridge over Lake Hylia. Link pulled Epona to a stop and got off, helping Midna down and pointing to a small building. ""We'll have to go through there to get to Gerudo Desert, then Arbiter's Grounds. We'll have to use Falbi and Fyer's cannon." He began walking to the building. -
Kurow nodded, sliding off Chibiterasu's back and following.
Chibi trotted after them, his own thoughts on if Kuni and Kagu were alright. -
After getting to the building, Link opened the door and walked inside. Once in, he opened a small door on the floor, which revealed a ladder going down to a small island on the big lake. There was enough land for them to walk on without having to swim, so it was a good way to go. Link began climbing down.
-
Chibi shifted to human form, and the two followed after him.
-
Midna was last, and after everyone had climbed down, Link began leading them to the Cannon. He paid for everyone to get in, then he went in first. He motioned for all of them to get in.
-
The two quickly got in.
Chibi's mind began wandering to Nanami. Hopefully she'd found her jewels by now. He then remembered that he was supposed to be helping his new friend, and tried to concentrate on that. Nippon could wait. -
(Sorry, I kind of passed out last night.)
Falbi began turning the crank which put the cannon in position, making it face Gerudo Desert. After a minute or so, he pressed a button that shot the cannon, causing rapidly moving air to propel them to the desert. Link held on to his gear while flying. -
[It's fine.]
Chibi was startled by this, but not too much. He'd done similar things before with Manpuku.
Kurow remained just as calm as Chibi. After all, it'd be pathetic for a guy who flies everywhere to be afraid of being propelled through the air. -
After landing on the soft sand, Link took a minute to straighten himself out. After this, he unsheathed the Blade of Evil's Bane and begun walking toward Arbiter's Grounds. "There will be enemies here, so keep your guard up."
