"Exactly." She smiled at her before frowning. She hoped she did not turn this young girl in to a racist. Viola felt a hand. It made her jumped and she turned around. Ready to kick the ass of any fans from the opposite team. Instead she was met by a smiling face. Her dad. She relaxed.
-
Michelle jumped and looked at the man before hiding behind Jeremy, obviously scared of him. Jeremy examined the man as Michelle clutched her brother's hand.
-
He was rather short and pudgy, around 5'7, But had a profession look to him. He wore a tan colored polo and a black cap with the WoodCrest mascot on it. His skin was darker than hers, due to his African roots being closer. Hey." He said in his deep voice. "Hi." Viola responded simply. Then from a few feet away you could hear the sound of heels clacking against the concrete. This time it was her mom. She was taller than her husband and had much lighter skin. "Hey! Who's your friends?" She asked.
Viola sighed. -
Michelle whimpered quietly. Jeremy's own mother came out from the kitchen and looked at Viola's father, squinting suspiciously. "You look...familiar."
-
"You've probably seen him on animal channel." Viola joked. Her father shot her a quick glare, then furrowed his brow in a confused way at the woman. "I don't think I know you." With how old he is, he could barely remember much from his earlier years.
-
The woman shook her head. "Ah, silly me. Anyways, is there anything I can get you?"
-
He shook his head. "No, no." Then he turned to his wife. "Do you want anything." "Um, sure. Can I buy some popcorn?" "Oh me to." He quickly changed his mind. "How about you Viola?" He asked. "No thanks. Ill get something later."
-
"Sure thing!!" She quickly got two bags and handed them to the couple. Jeremy smiled at them.
-
"Thank you!" The woman said before taking it out of woman's hands. "We'll be in the stands." He told Viola before they both walked away.
-
Jeremy turned to Viola. "So those were your parents?"
-
"Yeah..." She looked away as her voice trailed off. They were kind of embarrasing to hang around, I mean. She was usually compared to her skimpy dressing mother, and her dad was old as s---.
-
"I think your dad scared Michelle." Jeremy smirked.
-
"Wha? He's like a mint orangoutang. He can't be that scary."

Michelle shook her head. "I dunno...he's just...scary.
Jeremy ruffled her hair. "I don't see it. He was really nice and gentle. " He smiled.
