A family moves into a small town after living most of their lives in a big city. When they arrive, they easily make friends with most of the inhabitants of the town. But the children are wary because of a city rumour that the town was a ghost town. It turns out that they were right. The people living in the town are restless ghosts, bloodthirsty monsters, the undead, and possessed humans. To make matters worse, they can't leave the town, and the children's parents go missing the day after they arrive.
Will the children make it?

Olive walked into the small town beside her father. It was small and quiet. It was relaxing to be honest. Olive looked around. There were a few people out, but most people were inside their homes. Olive guessed it was because it was so hot.
