Lily smirked, slinking up the stairs after him. None of the others noticed. That was probably due to them being too absorbed in all of the beautiful and fancy things there. She made sure to make her way up slowly. Once she reached the top, she peered down the corridor.
(I do like your plots. o3o) -
The man slowly walked. His foot steps echo'ed down the hall. The light from the multiple aligned windows on the side shined on him.

Lily stayed at the end, crouched down, alert. She couldn't afford to screw up and let him see her. (She assumed that his quarters were off limits.) She peered down once more, trying to make sure she knew where he was going.

He turned the hall. Continuing his walk, hands behind his back.

Lily once again crept over slowly. She tried to match her footsteps with his, just to make them get drowned out. But she missed one just as she was reaching the end. Lily froze up. Had he noticed?

He paused. The man took a moment before continuing to walk. He turned to a door that was beside him and opened it before entering.

Lily sighed with relief. She stood up to her full height, 5'2. She walked over to the wall near the door.

The door was slowly shutting. The room was pretty big but slight dark. Charlemagne walked over to a desk and sat there, looking at a few papers.

Lily stuck out her foot, causing the door to stay open - hopefully not too noticeable. She peeked in through the crack.

He was silent. The only thing that was heard was the sound of paper being turned. The man let out a sigh. He pushed the chair from his desk and stood up. He walked to another door inside the room. When the door opened it seemed to be a bathroom. Tub and all. He walked in, closing the door behind him.

Lily quickly opened the door, darting over to the desk. She picked up a paper, skimming it, finding nothing important. She began to shuffle through them, trying to find anything interesting.

Water from the bathroom could be heard running. Suddenly a click could be heard while he opened the door. This time his raven black hair was down and all he wore was a towel across his waist. He didn't look very surprised when he saw the girl looking at his papers. "You are a curious one, are you?" He smiled.

Lily stopped, setting the papers down. She looked up at him. "I guess you could say that.. I'm honestly just bored." She tried to ignore the fact he was wearing only a towel. "I don't enjoy fancy things, sorry to say."

"Oh, bored?" He frowned a bit. "I was about to take a bath so I don't think I can help you there."he paused for a moment. "Maybe you can take one with me?"
