Simone grew tired of kicking her legs and laid them out on the couch.

Once he finished his shower, he got out and dressed, then grabbed a book.

Simone yawned. She was starting to get hungry so she stood up and walked to the kitchen.

Seth came back out into the living room and sat down. He noticed her in the kitchen.

When Seth came out, she was in the middle of preparing a reasonably sized meat loath for herself. Simon didn't notice his presence though.

So she could cook... He smiled, and dove into his book.

She put it in the oven and yawned a bit. Now to wait and such.

He could smell the food she'd prepared. It smelled good, actually.

After a while she put in oven mits. She checked on it first before pulling it out. Then she grabbed a plate, knife and fork, took off a chunk of the meat loath and took it to the living room with her. She paused when she saw Seth reading.

"Hey," he said, not looking up from his book. "That smells good."

"Hey... Thanks.." She sat down at the table and started eating in silence.

He continued to read, wishing there was some way to change the awkward silence.

She just ate. The silence felt awkward. "Soo. What kind of girls are you in to or guys. Whatever your preference is." Simone said that out of the blue, not sure of what else to ask.

He looked back at her. "I'm not into guys, definitely not. But I don't really like sex as much as most of them do. What about you?" he asked.

"I'm pretty straight. Well, sex isn't that bad I mean, wow." She exclaimed the wow with a smile. "Guys that are... Pretty sweet and sensitive is probably my type. Kinda weird though since I'm so... Tomboyish."
