Jake slowly followed. "Oh god." He whispered checking his only 6 bullet pistol. He moaned and was a little happy cause he had his knife but still. He started to catch up, hiding some what. He hated not knowing what was ahead. He just hoped it wasn't death.
Lilly grunted in her seat. She struggled hard to get away and untied. She was freaking out deeply and she didn't know what happened to her group so she felt like crying forever. She wanted away but that wasn't happening. -

(NOOOOO!)
(Btw, in one roll, you'll be in 'The Base'! :D)
Reese hollered even louder when he seen the large, over-looming walls of 'The Base'. Settling back in his seat, he still held the grip of his shot-gun out the window, randomly blasting zombie brains to bits.
~~~~
Jefferey sighed when his brother shouted a shout that could rival a banshee's in volume. Shuffling in his seat, he looked over at Lilly. He had a bad feeling Reese wasn't gonna go through the front door. He grunted, frustrated at his brother.
~~~~
Luke heard the loud groaning of a zombie looking at fresh meat. To his right were a dozen infecteds that had burst through the glass doors in white walls. Looking back, he ushered Jake to pick up the pace. "Almost there!" Luke pointed towards a small, white concrete compartment several meters ahead, generally away from the building.

Alexis drove away from the empty metropolis along the forlorn road. -
(XD Yes.)
Lilly glared out the window with confusion. She didn't know when they would get there but she thought it would be a lot later. She stiffened at this. What was waiting for her? She wanted to know that more than anything in the world. She was ready tho. She was ready for it all even if she had to fight til the death. She was scared to, but just a little.
Jake started dashing for Luke. He wasn't dieing today. Well Atleast he wasn't going to let himself die tonight. He was a survivor and that's what he was going to be. He was just to determined to die. His heart was beating fast and he could feel chills creeping up his neck. "I'm not dieing." He thought to himself. -
Reese nearly became unstable in his seat as Jack turned the driver's wheel left, steering towards the eastern side of the The Base's walls. They were high and made out of stone and metal, rivaling military bases. It likely was one, at some point.
"We're finally here!"
Reese was obviously excited, a hushed yet maniacal tone to his voice. Grinding in his seat, he acted like a young girl going to Disney Land for the second time.
~~~~
Jefferey looked to the corner of his eye, remembering the past 2 months he had been here. He was surprised how they became so settled in such a small amount of time.
~~~
Luke, still in a crouch, left the borders of the parking lot and was now nearing the safe walls of the compartment. If his memories still served true, there was a man-hole in it that led under-ground.

(501 post!)
Lilly shifted in her seat. It was huge and by far the safest looking place she had seen but that didn't mean the people there were nice. After all you had to fear the living more than the dead. She was ready to leap out. She had gathered strength and rest most of the way here anyway.
Jake frowned keeping up the pace. He was very anxious to see this place but all the Zombies had creeped him out. He stay on his feet making sure not to fall or trip. That's all he needed was to fall and get ate. But he still felt at peace in the apocalypse even if he was tired. -

Jack drove towards a small clearing in the middle of the mild woods. It seemed The Base had been made in the middle of a cleared, recuperating forest. Edging away from the walls, he went in-to deeper and deeper wood-land.
~~~~
"Go! Go!" Luke whispered to Jake, the unease apparent in his tone. Now right in front of the red door to the compartment, he realized the placement of it was a bit awkward, almost as if it was dropped here. Snapping back to reality, he looked at the door-handle. It was locked with a padlock. "Dammit!" He nearly shouted, trying to keep low. Remembering the rifle he had, he unsheathed it and shot the gun barely inches way from the lock, victorious in hearing a loud, metal snapping sound. "In here!" -
(Right?! 10 pages in and I finally made it. :P)
-
Lilly felt chills roll down her. This was definitely different than any place she had took Jake. She wondered how he was doing being with Luke and all. Well she prayed he was with him. She wasn't ready to fight her life out and return with them being dead. She shook the thought off fast.
Jake's head popped up when he heard the vibration of the shot. He bolted for the door hearing the Zombies roar behind him. He panted til he got in there with Luke and crouched. The hospital was totally abandoned with only the undead. He looked up Luke with surprised eyes still getting his sanity back. -
(:D I'm sooooo happy about how far we have got in the rp.)
The vehicle bounces slightly from wheel-to-wheel as it crosses over rolling terrain. The distance from the so-called 'Base' is beginning to feel as if Jack is driving away from the large hexagon-shaped encirclement. Finally approaching the edge of the wilderness, Jack and Reese unlock their doors, stepping on the soft sand and dirt of the ground.
~~~~
Reese lands with a small shake, his body weight pounding into the ground. With an irregular strut and broad grin, he paces to Lilly's side and yanks open the door, and reaches for her.
~~~~
Jefferey exits the car only after Reese and Jack exit. He knew it, they were going for the tunnels. This was a way they would smuggle in and out things that their leader wouldn't approve of. (Lol, Luke and Jake'll save you, dun worry)
~~~~
Luke yanked open the door, ushered in Jake and then hopped in him-self. Closing it, he felt the musty dankness of the inside of the compartment. It was pitch-black, too. Fondling the concrete floor, he felt the rim of a carpet and peeled it over, fondling it again with his spare hand and forcefully pulling open a small man-hole. Inside was a bright light and perfectly clean white walls. He didn't know what was up with the below tunnels, but with the mongering dead on the place's door, he knew it was his only chance. Looking at Jake with an uncertain stare, he jumped in.
