"JaeWan? That's a really cool name. I guess it's popular in Japan.. A-Assuming you're from Japan, I mean. I don't mean to be racist or anything." Kasuke blushed yet again, looking at Jae's face.
-
This time when Kasuke blush JaeWan couldn't help but to do it as well. He cleared his throat to move the attention from his blush. "Thank you, but I am Korean." His type of Asian accent didn't stand out much.
-
(Kas-oo-key. Kasuke. I like oddly spelled names.)
Kasuke wanted to face palm himself, but resisted the urge to do so. Bowing, he said, "I apologize." After a moment, he stood up straight. "Not to sound like a stalker, but how old are you? I may look old, but I just turned eighteen." -
"Ah, D-don't worry about it." He looked at him with a smile. "17. I'll be turning 18 in a couple months." The other man did look old. Jae almost thought he was in his 20s. He himself looked pretty though.
-
Kasuke, for whatever odd reason, blushed when Jae smiled. He quickly looked away. "Ah. That's cool, that you're not too young. You look good. I can see why the girls were chasing after you." He picked up the notebook, skimming the page full of his work with a sigh.
-
"?! T-t-thank you." That seemed a bit random but his compliment brought bak some of the blush. Jae tilts his head at the notebook he picked up. He didn't want to be annoying and get in someone else's business so he tried not to ask.
-
"I don't like this chapter at all," He said out loud. "I can't believe I wrote this." Kasuke growled, throwing it aside. He looked back over to Jae. "I'm going to go watch T.V. Why don't you get comfortable?"
-
(Gonna go for an hour.. See you.)
-
"Um, alright." The first thing he did was take his shoes off, didn't want to get any dirt in the house. He looked at the notebook Kasuke threw aside in curiousity.
-
See ya))
-
Kasuke went into the living room, plopping down on the couch. He grabbed the remote, beginning to flip through the channels, when he saw Jae's face on the T.V. "Famous Korean Pop star, KIM JaeWan, ran off this morning on his way to a concert.." Kasuke drowned out the rest, realizing that he didn't mind he was harboring a famous K star.
The notebook contained a single paragraph;
He looked to her face, as if there was a secret to be told within her scarlet red eyes. He saw nothing. Nothing to tell him about the affair, nothing that would help him get revenge. He sighed, looking away. "I wish you'd tell me the person. I'd forgive you then, but I can't. I never will. You lied to me. You lied. -
Jae nodded. This was pretty good. Why isn't Kasuke like it. He turned a few more pages to see if there might be some other stories or chapters in it. He was paying much attention to the TV
-
Kasuke shut the T.V. off, standing and walking back to Jae. He wondered if it would be smart to ask him what happened. Slowly, he said, "So, those girls, they knew you because you're a famous singer, right?" He sat beside the younger boy. "I feel bad for you."
-
He hastily puts down the notes. "Y-yeah.. Basically the only reason. I don't, have any feelings apparently. Just a nice face and voice." He looked down and sighed. "Not really good at much else."
-
Kasuke snorted. "That, my friend, is a lie. You have feelings. I understand why you ran. You deserve a normal life, relaxation time." He put his hand on Jae's shoulder. "Stay as long as you'd like."
