" What are they?" Her face twisted in disgust as the tentacle wrapped around her ice. Circe glanced at Abby, sitting on the rock. What was wrong with the guy Acrylic? Why was he so stony?

She made a little chunk of ice and started eating it. "Its getting late." She said in a soft voice. She looked around at the sun.

"Yeah. Wanna meet here tomorrow? Really early, like 8:00am. Okay?" Circe waved at the two other kids. " Well?"

He secreted more tentacles from his back and sat on them. "It's ink." He took off his mask to reveal sharp teeth. The black ink was dripping from his mouth.

"Eeeeehhh." He exhaled. "I don't trust you two. But I'll show anyway."

She looked at the guys face. "can I.....?" She said in a shy voice to the boy.

He looked over at her. "Can you what?"

" Yeah, Abby, can you .......what?" Circe was impatient with the shy girl.

She did not say anything. She lefted up her hand softly and frosted his hair back so she could see his face better.

He raised a brow. What was she doing. He had to force the eye contact now. "Uh, hello?"

Circe snapped her fingers in front of the gazing Abby. " HELLO?! Have we lost you?"

"I just want to see your face better that's all." She said as she smiled at him.
