"Are you ever going to talk to me?" He asked to her back.

"Yes. I am right now." She looked back at him and grinned.

He huffed. "You are something else I swear." He tossed her a big grin that made his one dimple show on his right cheek.

"That dimple's pretty cute," she remarked. She stopped and waited a moment for him.

It didn't take long for him to catch up. "Thanks. Got it from my mom." He tried not to smile but failed as he took her hand loosely.

Ava stopped walking, and looked up at him. She frowned, thinking.

Gabriel stopped and looked down at her. "What? Do you not want me to hold your hand?" He asked softly and pulled his hand away. His eyes flashed with slight disappointment.

"No, I do." She got up on the tips of her toes and kissed where the dimple had been.

Suddenly caught off guard he was dumbfounded for a moment before he grinned and blushed slightly. "Good." He took her hand once more and ran his thumbs over her knuckles.

"There it is again." This time, she kissed him on the lips.

"Stop.." He mumbled against her lips and when she pulled away he pulled her back and kissed her.

After the third kiss, she pulled away. Her face was a little rosy from the cold and from blushing.

He smiled and took her hand. He started to walk again and whistled a soft tune into the air.

She walked alongside him, her hand still colder than his but slightly warmer than before.

He took notice of this but didn't say anything anout it. He relaxed fully and smiled just because it felt so right to have her hand in his.
